  1. Every employee is responsible and accountable for their behaviour in complying with our health, safety and environment (HSE) principles.
  2. Every employee has the right and duty to question the adequacy of health, safety and environment provisions. Management is committed to providing all necessary resources and training to meet HSE objectives.
  3. Management is committed to acting proactively to identify and eliminate gaps.
  4. Management is committed to creating, maintaining and promoting safe and healthy medical facilities by eliminating and minimising risks for patients, employees and the community.
  5. Compliance with all applicable HSE rules, regulations and codes is the responsibility of every employee.

Management believes that our most valuable assets are our patients, employees and technologists. Achieving our goal of "zero injuries and occupational illness" during eye care activities is our benchmark, and we will demonstrate our commitment through actions that sustain continual improvement.
